Declaration on the duty to inform


introductory remarks
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.


Contact with us
If you contact us via form on the website or via e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. These data will not be passed on without your consent.

We would like to point out that the IP data of the connection owner are stored by the webshop operator within the framework of cookies, as are the name and address of the buyer, for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for later contract processing.

In addition, the following personal data is also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing:

The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. We cannot conclude a contract with you without this data. No data will be transferred to third parties, with the exception of credit card data transferred to Stripe for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax consultant to fulfil our tax obligations.

The data stored by us will be deleted after the purchase process has been interrupted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years).  

The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiration of the product liability (10 years).  The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary to fulfill the contract) of the DSGVO.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.

This data is transferred to a Google server in the USA. Google will comply with the data protection provisions of the EU-US Privacy Shield Agreement.

Google Analytics stores cookies in your web browser for a period of two years since your last visit. These cookies contain a randomly generated user ID that can be used to recognize you when you visit a website in the future.

The recorded data is stored together with the randomly generated user ID, which enables the evaluation of pseudonymous user profiles. These user-related data are automatically deleted after 14 months. Other data remain stored in aggregated form indefinitely.

If you do not agree with the collection, you can prevent this by installing the browser add-on once to deactivate Google Analytics.

On this website, we use the Facebook pixel from Facebook, a social media network operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 Ireland.

The code implemented on this page can evaluate the behaviour of visitors who have come to this website from a Facebook advertisement. This can be used to improve Facebook advertisements and this information is collected and stored by Facebook. The information collected is not visible to us and can only be used in connection with advertisements. Cookies are also set through the use of the Facebook pixel code.

By using the Facebook pixel, the visit to this website is communicated to Facebook so that visitors can see suitable ads on Facebook. If you have a Facebook account and are logged in, the visit to this website is assigned to your Facebook user account.
